Refund Policy
There is a $50 non-refundable cancellation deposit through May 31st, 2026 (no exceptions). After May 31st, 2026, the entire camper fee of $200/$250 is non-refundable.
Scholarships & Cookie Credits
Campers at Volunteer run camps (of which Camp Adventureful is one) are not eligible for GSCO camp grants or discounts. If your family needs financial assistance for camp, please contact us at campadventurefuldaycamp@gmail.com.
Camp Adventureful does not directly accept Cookie Credits, however, you can use them! You will need to pay the entire registration fee for Camp Adventureful and then submit a Cookie Credit Reimbursement Form to GSCO. At Camp Adventureful, our goal is to make camp accessible to every girl who wants to attend. We believe all Girl Scouts should have the opportunity to experience the fun, friendship, and confidence that come from time spent outdoors.
If a family is facing financial hardship, we encourage them to reach out. No girl will be turned away from Camp Adventureful due to financial need.
